Can I change my order once I have placed it? Due to the nature of these handmade products, orders cannot be changed once submitted. If you are unsure about something, please email in advance and New Creations Boutique will try to respond to your questions as best possible.



Why didn't I receive a receipt with my order when it arrived?
In an effort to save paper & go green, you will be emailed a receipt (in pdf format) once your order has been shipped.

 
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once the order is in the hands of the postal service, New Creations Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail. All mail will be sent USPS First Class or Priority.



Can I return or exchange an item(s)?
Due to the nature of the product, New Creations Boutique cannot exchange or return items, unless the item(s) were damaged during the shipping process.
